Job Summary

This new leadership role in the Xfinity Entertainment Group is responsible for developing and expanding the Streaming Entertainment Portfolio strategy. We are seeking a proven leader with the capabilities to lead the business strategy, define consumer value propositions, optimize product offerings, and manage complex partnerships with leading companies to deliver long-term subscriber and financial goals. As part of the leadership team, this role requires the ability to maximize the customer and company benefits by aligning leadership and business priorities. Candidates must demonstrate extensive leadership, strategic acumen, fiscal discipline, creative thinking, problem-solving, individual initiative, and the ability to work closely with several cross-functional areas within the company.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities:

+ Set product strategy for our streaming portfolio to ensure market leadership, differentiation, and profitable market share growth across our Xfinity and NOW product portfolio.

+ Lead new product launches including orchestrating the end to end go-to-market plan inclusive of product strategy, business case, customer value proposition, customer support, market launch, and on-going product life cycle management tied to achieving our business objectives.

+ Identify new streaming opportunities to drive growth and profitability over the long-range plan.

+ Create product solutions that improve loyalty & churn and increase upgrade and cross sell performance across our key customer segments.

+ Accelerate the evolution of the Xfinity Stream app on leading video devices to help increase engagement, upsell services, and discover the best content available.

+ Manage app product offerings including ongoing product lifecycle, roadmap, and adoption.

+ Formulate recommendations around key consumer trends, technology developments and the competitive landscape for multicultural and value segments.

+ Partner effectively with technology, sales, and care teams to foster continued innovation of our platforms.

+ Expand and optimize FAST content offerings.

Professional Experience & Qualifications:

+ The successful executive candidate will have in-depth experience in leading a technology-oriented and consumer-driven business while fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation and forward-thinking.

+ Extensive experience working cross-functionally within a large scale, complex, data driven and technologically innovative organization.

+ Solid track record of achieving business objectives utilizing influence skills with significant dependencies both internally and externally. Able to drive strategic alignment and execution while establishing relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders across multiple functions.

+ Ability to successfully innovate and scale products while concurrently prioritizing new opportunities and execution of deliverables.

+ Holistic business experience in consumer technology products and services with demonstrated knowledge of current trends in the TV, internet, and wireless ecosystem. Solid understanding of product development life cycle and end-to-end supply and distribution chain.

+ Highly motivated and adaptable in pursuing innovation, customer experience and commercially successful strategies.

+ Ability to lead financial forecasts, strategic product planning, and influence promotional and communication plans.

+ Lead by example mentality that promotes collaboration, openness and accountability with the team, other departments, and external partners.

+ Superior data and analytical skill combined with strong business acumen.

+ Ability to perform actionable quantitative and qualitative analysis of the business to present insight and recommendations to multiple levels across different functional teams.
