Your Role and Responsibilities:
Technical and disciplinary management of the production planning team. Coordination between Sales, Customer Service and Production to ensure OTD of orders. Ensure timely processing and sampling of Customer Material. Coordinate intra-company material flow, amongst all Recycling sites. Selecting material for external processing and coordinating with the subcontracting team. Provide sufficient feed to production to meet weekly output targets. Schedule orders based on customer requirements and production capacity. Capacity for planning in alignment with production. Generate daily and weekly production plans, as well as short-term forecasting of production output. Prepare capacity overviews and coordinate the right production capacity. Plan and coordinate production orders and raw materials / MRP-planning. Group collective Orders / MDP-planning.
Ensure a smooth production process, including coordination of the right materials in the right amount at the right time, in the right place.
Secure the on-time delivery of production. Monitor deliveries from customers and internal stock levels to minimize idle time and financing impact. Precious metal track on process step level. Troubleshoot PM balancing in production orders to track metal recovered in the process. Work with PM controlling to ensure accurate yields of refinery orders. Continuous improvement of process design and master data in SAP and Microsoft Excel.What is Required for this Role:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or Materials Science and Engineering Two (2) years of experience as a Recycling Quality Engineer The two (2) years of experience must have been in the chemical and precious metal industry and included experience with continuous improvement of production planning, production control systems, SAP and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
