Job Overview:The Quality Control Production Specialist plays a crucial role in examining the quality of incoming materials and ensuring that customer requirements are consistently met throughout all processing phases. This position demands a proactive approach to managing quality at every stage of material handling and addressing any issues that may arise.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough inspections of purchased materials utilizing precision measuring instruments.
- Monitor materials through all processing stages to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Validate work orders and ensure alignment with customer specifications.
- Collaborate with warehouse, sales, and management teams to resolve any quality discrepancies.
- Maintain records of equipment upkeep and the accuracy of measuring tools.
- Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality processes.
- A minimum of two years of experience in quality inspection and production environments.
- Proven ability to manage quality throughout the material processing lifecycle.
- Strong mathematical skills and familiarity with measuring equipment.
