Credentialing Coordinator Responsibilities:
  • Monitor expiring licensure, board, and professional certifications, along with all other expirable documents
  • Process initial and re-credentialing applications
  • Respond to health plan provider inquiries
  • Maintain and update provider profiles on CAQH, PECOS and NPPES
  • Track credentialing and enrollment applications daily
  • Update necessary departments on credentialing changes
Credentialing Coordinator Qualifications:
  • 2 years healthcare experience
  • 1 year of ADP experience
  • High level of professionalism
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft word
  • Strong excel and spreadsheet capabilities
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure
  • Attention to detail and time oriented
