Experience in designing fish facilities, pump stations, and aquaculture water treatment is preferred for this role. As a Senior Civil Engineer, you will be leading the civil design of the facilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Design fisheries infrastructure such as hatcheries, fish passage, and fish collection facilities.
  • Lead a team of engineers in designing water resource structures.
  • Conduct site investigations and provide detailed reports.
  • Develop construction documents and perform cost estimating.
  • Coordinate with clients, regulatory agencies, and other stakeholders.
  • Provide construction support and manage projects.
  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required; Master's degree preferred.
  • 12+ years of experience in civil and hydraulic engineering.
  • PE Required; NCEES registration preferred.
  • Extensive knowledge of aquaculture techniques and hatchery operations.
  • Experience with water resource infrastructure projects.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to analyze complex data.
