Our client is a rapidly growing state of the art offsite building manufacturer and delivery system for the wood framed multi-unit residential sector in the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast region.

The company is looking for a dynamic senior land mid-level construction executive who can grow the company exponentially by expanding its product delivery capabilities to our client's best-in-class Developer and General Contractor customer base and oversee construction projects in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic. This position involves the development, staffing, implementation, and ongoing management of a multi-state product installation organization involving structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing construction trades.

Skills and Experience:

The ideal candidate must have strong leadership and entrepreneur credentials in the multi-unit residential construction industry, and has demonstrated the ability to develop, plan and execute the company's expansion program. Experience working in or with the structural and MEP trades on wood-framed multifamily projects is important.

Requirements:

+ Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or Business with a minimum of
10+ years' experience working as a Project Executive or Project Manager experience.

+ Experience working as, or for a General Contractor, on $10M+ multi-unit residential
construction projects.

+ Ability to hire and manage project managers and other construction professionals in multiple
locations.

+ Strong trade experience working with Structural, Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing
installations.


+ Strong prioritization and organizational skills; detailed-oriented, and the ability to multi-task.

+ Strong working knowledge of contract terms and legal provisions that impact project
profitability.

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with
senior management and clients.

+ A proven track record of motivating a project team to exceed project goals

+ Effective negotiation and contract management

Essential Duties:

+ Working with executive management to develop an expansion and organization plan to
achieve the company's growth objectives.

+ Assisting in the hiring of construction professionals and staff.

+ Directing and ensuring all projects are completed on time, within budget and
according to pre-established specifications.

+ Establishing and managing organizational and projects budgets

+ Developing relationships with customers and business partners.

+ Monitoring construction projects, schedules and performance metrics

+ Establishing protocols, collaborations, meetings and methodology between parties to help the
project to achieve its goals.

+ Estimating and monitoring costs

+ Developing deliverable schedules as a roadmap for the construction team
