Compensation:
The salary range for this position is $70,900 to $106,400 per year. The role is also eligible to receive bonuses based on performance. Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to education, work experience, licensure/certifications, scheduled clinical hours, etc.

Requirements:
Clear & active LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT licensed in Massachusetts.
Comfortable working with a wide range of clinical presentations
Experience working with children or adolescents.
Experience with couples or family counseling
Self-motivated, ambitious, and able to quickly build rapport with clients.
