Position Overview:

A remarkable opportunity exists to lead a NEW START office.

We are seeking an experienced RN Clinical Manager.

Full-Time Position with Comprehensive Benefits

Standard Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, Days (e.g., 8 AM - 5 PM), with flexibility to accommodate patient and operational needs.

This leadership role is office-based, overseeing teams while also engaging in patient visits.

As the RN Clinical Manager, you will report directly to the Executive Director, Administrator, or Senior Patient Care Manager. You will be responsible for the daily operations of your designated hospice site, overseeing the clinical aspects of the hospice program and ensuring high-quality care for patients.

  • Oversee site operations in the absence of senior management.
  • Manage clinical, administrative, and recordkeeping functions.
  • Respond to phone inquiries and referrals with professionalism and compassion.
  • Participate in on-call nursing duties and provide direct skilled nursing care in patients' homes.

Qualifications:

  • Education and Experience:
    • Registered Nurse with a minimum of an Associate's Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
    • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is preferred.
    • A minimum of three years of direct patient care experience in a clinical environment is required.
    • At least one year of management or supervisory experience is necessary.
    • Two or more years of experience in hospice or home care settings are required.
    • Must hold a current nursing license in the state of employment.

Licenses and Certifications:

  • Current nursing license in the state of employment.
  • CPR Certification.
  • Valid driver's license and current automobile insurance.
