We are seeking a licensed therapist to join our team at Family Counseling Associates. As a licensed clinical therapist, you will work with a wide range of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults, providing individual, couples, and family counseling.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality counseling services to clients, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client.
  • Conduct regular sessions with clients, including individual, couples, and family therapy.

  • Document client progress and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
  • Clear and active LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT licensure in Massachusetts.
  • Experience working with a wide range of clinical presentations, including children, adolescents, and adults.
  • Experience with couples or family counseling.
  • Self-motivated, ambitious, and able to quickly build rapport with clients.
