Position Overview:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Clinical Manager role within our new office.

We are seeking an experienced RN Clinical Manager.

Full-Time Position with Comprehensive Benefits

Standard Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, Daytime Hours (Example: 8 AM - 5 PM), with flexibility to accommodate patient and operational needs.

This leadership position is primarily office-based, overseeing teams while also engaging in patient visits.

You will report directly to the Executive Director, Administrator, or Senior Patient Care Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the assigned hospice location, ensuring high-quality clinical care.
  • Manage clinical, administrative, and recordkeeping functions.
  • Respond promptly and compassionately to phone inquiries and referrals.
  • Participate in on-call nursing duties and provide direct bedside nursing care in patients' homes.

Qualifications:

  • Education and Experience:
    • Registered Nurse with a minimum of an Associate's Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution. State-specific requirements may apply.
    • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is preferred.
    • A minimum of three years of direct patient care experience in a clinical environment is required.
    • At least one year of management or supervisory experience is necessary.
    • Two or more years of experience in hospice or home care is essential.
    • Must hold a current nursing license in the state of employment.

Licenses and Certifications:

  • Current nursing license in the state of employment.
  • CPR Certification.
  • Valid driver's license and current automobile insurance.
