About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions
  • Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each client's needs
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify client needs and develop treatment plans
  • Document client progress and maintain accurate records

Requirements:

  • Clear and active LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT license in Massachusetts
  • Experience working with children, adolescents, and adults
  • Ability to work with a wide range of clinical presentations
  • Self-motivated and ambitious, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
