Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and evaluate patients' physical therapy needs, developing personalized treatment plans to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and effective communication.
  • Provide education and support to patients, families, and healthcare professionals to promote understanding and adherence to treatment plans.
  • Manage technical, environmental, and financial resources to ensure efficient and effective delivery of care.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
  • A minimum of 2 years experience for Advanced Clinician, 5 years for Clinical Specialist, and 10 years for Advanced Clinical Specialist.
  • Licensed (and in good standing) as a physical therapist in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in English.
  • Basic skills in math and computer science, with ability to learn new software.
