The Recruiting Manager is responsible for developing and implementing the strategy to fulfill present and future talent needs in a timely manner with quality candidates.

The Recruiting Manager works closely with the human resources management team and other key leaders to ensure the needs of the organization are being met as well as develop recruiting strategies around challenging positions.

Relationship building is an important aspect of this position as well as direct involvement with numerous activities and events that build the company's employment brand.


What you'll be doing:


Accountable for the management of full life cycle recruitment for the organization including sourcing, coordinating, screening, qualifying, interviewing, and hiring of candidates.

Develop and implement talent acquisition strategy for the organization.


Continually develop and foster professional relationships with community resources, professional associations, and college campuses, to positively represent our company and employment brand in a positive manner.

Assist business unit management in defining staffing needs, developing job requirements and descriptions, screening candidates and final employee selection.

Develop and monitor annual talent acquisition budget.

Monitor, track, and report on talent acquisition metrics.

Identify, research, benchmark and report on best practices and trends within talent acquisition.


Develop and, along with the social media specialist, implement the social media strategy as it relates to talent acquisition and employment branding, including the selection of and use of alternate social media platforms.

Lead or oversee the coordination of events within the community, area middle and high schools, and colleges.

Identify, qualify, and hire candidates into internal leadership development program.

Oversee internal employee referral program.

Identify, contract, and partner with external staffing partners to fulfill temporary, contract, and select full-time needs across all U.S. locations.
