This is a customer-facing role, one that is responsible for maximizing customer satisfaction, safety, and quality assurance on all assigned projects.
As a Fire and Security Inspector, you will be part of a dynamic team that allows you to grow as our client grows.
Additional responsibilities are as follows:
Responsible for testing and inspecting commercial security systems in specified buildings.
Identifies and reports problems or discrepancies both written and verbally.
Verifies security system(s) are functioning correctly by testing equipment, connections, and signals; identifying and correcting/documenting problems.
Interacts with the building owner or building engineer prior to, during, and after completion of the testing process.
Reviews and documents for compliance with applicable life-safety codes.
Reviews and understands equipment application, compatibility, mounting techniques, basic programming, and testing requirements. Documents testing results.
Reviews and tests sites listed under UL account requirements.
