Principal Responsibilities:
  • Hardware Integration and Configuration: Skillfully integrates and configures a variety of PC hardware, including assembling electronic components, installing circuit boards, disk drives, mass storage devices, and peripheral equipment.
  • Software Installation: Proficient in installing and configuring operating system software for optimal functionality of computer systems.
  • Troubleshooting and Problem Resolution: Expertise in troubleshooting and resolving integration and configuration issues involving circuit analysis, waveform calculations, fault isolation, PROM programming, and signal flow tracing.
  • Diagnostic Skills: Demonstrated ability to diagnose malfunctions and equipment failures accurately, and take appropriate corrective actions based on process requirements.
  • Documentation: Completes necessary documentation accurately and thoroughly, regarding defective parts replacement, shipping, and updates to the build process.
  • Process Improvement: Actively identifies, investigates, and participates in opportunities to improve processes and procedures, contributing to various key performance metrics.
  • Learning and Development: Continuously acquires basic knowledge of job content, practices, and procedures, while still learning skills necessary to fully perform job functions.
Job Level Specifications:
  • A minimum of 2 years related experience
  • A+ certification is a plus.
  • Adapts to routine functions with minimal complexity or variation.
  • Works effectively under supervision, follows detailed instructions, and adheres to provided priorities.
  • Engages and interacts mostly with immediate peers within the assigned work group to ensure team goals are met.
