Job Description

As a Certified Financial Planning Specialist, you will work alongside Farther's internal Advisor teams as the point person for complex financial planning, education, and analysis. You will have in-depth conversations with clients to help them determine the right path for their personal financial future, while, proactively, looking for efficiency improvements, suggesting solutions, and elevate issues or concerns. You will report to the company's leadership team, who will make sure you have all the resources & marketing you need for the sales process.

Compensation:
  • You will be paid a competitive base salary based on your experience.
Qualifications:

Required:
  • 5+ years of Financial Planning experience
  • CFP (or enrolled candidate) with in-depth knowledge of financial planning topics with a strong focus remaining up to date on the newest techniques
  • Experience with RightCapital or eMoney planing software
  • A passion for Financial Planning
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to work with prospective clients to showcase the Farther Planning Experience
  • Comfortable with some level of data input
  • Experience managing client relationships
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy

  • Direct experience with RightCapital
