Responsibilities of the Associate Executive Director include implementing Covenant Living (CL) policies, maintaining compliance with regulations, enhancing residents' security, independence, and dignity, and ensuring effective communication among staff and residents.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop a deep understanding of all departments, participate in marketing programs, maintain regulatory compliance, administer policies and procedures, and foster a positive work environment.

  • Set the spiritual tone for staff and residents
  • Recruit, evaluate, and manage key personnel
  • Support a customer-centric approach
  • Contribute to budget planning and strategic initiatives

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree, with a preference for a Master's degree in Healthcare Administration or Business Administration. They should have a background in administrative or management roles within CCRCs or healthcare organizations, hold or be working towards a Nursing Home Administrator licensure, and have experience in supervisory positions.
