Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Growth Strategy: Define and implement a comprehensive growth strategy for the Americas region, driving recurring revenue from new and expansion customers.

Requirements:

  • Proven Sales Leadership Experience: 8-10 years of experience in sales management, with a track record of success in driving growth and managing sales forecasts.
  • Technical and Business Acumen: Well-versed in Salesforce, CRM, SFDC, and Office 365, with the ability to quickly understand technical concepts and explain them to audiences of varying technical expertise.
  • Communication and Negotiation Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to interact and influence effectively with C-level executives and team members.
  • International Experience: Experience working in an international environment, with successful collaboration with multiple cultures.
  • High-Growth Company Experience: Experience working in a high-growth company, with a strong ability to adapt to changing environments.
