Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Execute Growth Strategy: Define and implement a comprehensive growth strategy for the Americas region, driving recurring revenue from new and expansion customers.
- Build and Lead a High-Performing Sales Team: Recruit, onboard, and develop top sales talent, creating a scalable sales model that enables sustainable growth.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with Internal Sales, Finance, and Marketing to drive demand generation, inbound and outbound marketing programs, and customer acquisition.
- Partner with Clients: Understand business needs, issues, strategies, and priorities, delivering value-added business solutions that meet diverse customer needs.
- Business Development and Account Management: Take ownership of business development and guide internal teams to drive growth and customer satisfaction.
- Industry Partnerships and Brand Owner Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with industry partners and brand owners.
Requirements:
- Proven Sales Leadership Experience: 8-10 years of experience in sales management, with a track record of success in driving growth and managing sales forecasts.
- Technical and Business Acumen: Well-versed in Salesforce, CRM, SFDC, and Office 365, with the ability to quickly understand technical concepts and explain them to audiences of varying technical expertise.
- Communication and Negotiation Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to interact and influence effectively with C-level executives and team members.
- International Experience: Experience working in an international environment, with successful collaboration with multiple cultures.
- High-Growth Company Experience: Experience working in a high-growth company, with a strong ability to adapt to changing environments.
