Overview:

You will play a crucial role in providing outstanding Applied Behavior Analytic (ABA) services to individuals of all ages with developmental disorders like Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). By utilizing evidence-based behavior analytic methods, you will deliver both direct and indirect services to enrich the lives of Nexus Therapies' clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Clinical Excellence:
- Administer, conduct, and assess behavioral and functional evaluations, designing personalized behavior support plans based on data.

Team Leadership:
- Guide and oversee BCaBAs, Mid-Level Supervisors, RBTs, and BTs on educational and clinical programs, ensuring top-notch service quality.

Program Oversight:
- Supervise the continuous effectiveness of programs, organizing team meetings for case evaluations and making data-based program adjustments.

Documentation & Compliance:
- Maintain precise record-keeping practices, preserving all essential documentation while adhering to professional, regulatory, and statutory standards.

Client & Staff Development:
- Conduct parent training sessions, perform developmental assessments, and provide ongoing professional development opportunities for your team.

Essential Functions:
  • Develop and supervise individualized client programs, ensuring alignment with assessment data and documented objectives.
    Conduct thorough behavioral assessments, devising tailored support plans.
    Regularly track client progress, updating goals, and modifying interventions as needed.
    Supervise and evaluate team performance, fostering a culture of continuous enhancement and skill development.
    Maintain open communication with the Clinical Director, promptly addressing any issues affecting client satisfaction or progress.

Job Location: Solano and Napa County
RequirementsQualifications:
  • Active BCBA certification and adherence to the BACB's Professional and Ethical Compliance Code.
    Proven proficiency in ABA evaluation and clinical service provision for individuals with developmental disorders.
    Strong leadership capabilities, including experience in supervising, educating, and mentoring a diverse team.
    Exceptional organizational aptitude, with the capacity to manage a billable caseload and uphold thorough and compliant records.
    Devotion to professional growth, for oneself and team members, focusing on expanding expertise beyond current knowledge.
    Driving License, Auto insurance, Good driving record
