Job Overview

ProCare Therapy is in search of a committed and skilled School-Based BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) to join our esteemed network of remote, California-licensed professionals. In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to significantly influence the lives of students with special needs by delivering outstanding behavior analysis services within an educational environment.

Position Details:
  • Compensation: $50/hr - fixed rate
    • Weekly payment structure
    • Includes both direct and indirect service coverage
  • Work Schedule: Part-Time
    • 20 hours per week
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA) and create detailed behavior intervention plans (BIP) tailored to students with varied needs.
  • Develop and execute evidence-based strategies and interventions aimed at addressing behavioral issues and fostering skill enhancement.
  • Collaborate with educators, guardians, and other professionals to ensure the effective and consistent application of behavior plans.
  • Provide training and resources to school personnel to improve their comprehension of behavioral principles and intervention techniques.
  • Track and analyze data to assess progress, make informed decisions, and modify intervention strategies as necessary.
  • Maintain precise and timely records of assessments, progress reports, and other essential documentation.
  • Stay informed about the latest research and best practices in the field of behavior analysis.
Qualifications:
  • Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required.
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Education, Psychology, or a related discipline.
  • Preferred experience as a BCBA in an educational or school environment.
  • Familiarity with special education laws and regulations.
  • Strong skills in assessment, problem-solving, and analysis.
  • Ability to create and implement personalized behavior plans.
  • Commitment to ethical standards as outlined by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
