We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team at SESI Schools. As a Behavior Analyst, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing interventions to increase positive behaviors and progress towards students' goals.
Key Responsibilities- Behavior Training and Consultation: Provide behavior training and consultation to school personnel to enhance their understanding and implementation of behavior modification techniques.
- Family Engagement: Facilitate family engagement through general training, newsletters, and access to external supports to ensure a collaborative approach to student success.
- Collaboration and Partnerships: Collaborate with external partners and providers to provide support to students, families, and staff, bridging the gap between home and school.
- Observation and Assessment: Observe students in their educational environment, analyze existing data, and conduct assessments as needed to increase student success.
- Program Development and Implementation: Create and model implementation of behavior programs/strategies in the school environment, and help create materials for the educational team to use.
- Data Collection and Analysis: Facilitate data collection with educational teams to monitor student progress, and review and analyze data to provide follow-up consultation and assist with modifications as needed.
- Behavior Intervention Plans: Collaborate with educational teams to help develop behavior intervention plans for students experiencing behavioral concerns in the school environment.
- Presentations and Training: Help create and conduct presentations on ABA and behavior modification techniques to the educational team.
- Currently enrolled in or graduated from an ABA program and eligible to sit for the Board Certified Behavior Analyst exam.
- Experience working with children and adolescents in a school setting preferred.
- Proven ability and working knowledge with Microsoft software applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
