Innovative Behavior Resources is on the lookout for dedicated full-time and part-time Behavioral Therapy Technicians in Sonoma County. If you have a passion for supporting children and adolescents with autism, we invite you to become part of our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver one-on-one in-home Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy.
  • Gather and record data on behaviors and skill development during therapy sessions.
  • Implement behavior support strategies and treatment plans as directed.
  • Collaborate with a BCBA Supervisor to apply fundamental ABA principles and teaching techniques.
  • Respond effectively to the needs of clients, their families, and supervisors.
  • Maintain a goal-oriented approach and uphold professionalism in all interactions.
  • Arrive punctually and be prepared for therapy sessions.
Requirements:
  • Preferred experience in ABA or at least one year of working with children in a one-on-one capacity (e.g., teacher, aide, nanny); training is available for motivated candidates.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Reliable transportation and a dependable vehicle.
  • A high school diploma is required, along with the ability to pass a background check and provide proof of a negative TB screening.
  • Availability for shifts from 3 PM to 5:30 PM at least three days per week.
