As an ABA Therapist, you will work one-on-one with clients in their homes, implementing evidence-based strategies to enhance their skills and well-being. You'll collaborate closely with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Supervisor to ensure the successful implementation of treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Deliver individualized Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy sessions in clients' homes.
  • Accurately collect data on behavior and skill acquisition during therapy sessions.
  • Implement discrete trial training, behavior support plans, and treatment protocols as directed by the BCBA Supervisor.
  • Maintain open communication with the BCBA Supervisor, clients, families, and colleagues to ensure a cohesive and effective therapeutic approach.
  • Demonstrate professionalism, punctuality, and a commitment to providing exceptional care.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience working with children in a 1:1 setting (teacher, aid, nanny) is preferred. We are also willing to train highly motivated individuals with relevant experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Reliable transportation with a valid driver's license.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Successful completion of a background screening and negative TB test.
  • Availability for 3-5:30 PM and PM shifts a minimum of 3 days per week.
