Examine and
verify ownership of complex mineral and leasehold title
·
Calculate net royalty interests and process Division Orders and Transfers accurately and timely
·
Analyze and interpret provisions of land related documents and contracts
·
Input and maintain acquired assets into Hatch's land data systems
·
Draft documentation associated with various land transactions
·
Perform data gathering to assist with A&D and tracking performance of company assets
·
Develop and maintain relationships with lessors, mineral owners, and operators
·
Work closely and collaborate with all members of Hatch Team
·
Fulfil urgent, ad-hoc data requests
Qualifications:
·
3+ years of title due diligence experience preferred
·
Texas and/or New Mexico experience preferred
·
Experience using Landdox/Quorum preferred
·
Proficient in analyzing data from the TXRRC, NM OCD, Enverus, and Spotfire
·
Skillful understanding of O&G leases and depth severances
·
Ability to calculate royalty rates for Minerals, ORRIs, and NPRIs
·
Strong analytical and research skill, and the ability to timely assemble information from multiple sources
·
Detail oriented with strong organizational and planning skills
·
Excellent written and oral communication skills
·
Proven track record of handling multiple projects that are performed under tight deadlines
