  • Integrity in Financial Reporting: Maintain the integrity and accuracy of financial analysis, reporting, and the interpretation of business results.
  • Adaptability and Initiative: Embrace the dynamic nature of our business by providing ad-hoc analysis and being prepared to tackle new challenges.

Required Skills:

  • Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of financial systems, financial planning and analysis, and accounting principles.
  • Forward-Thinking Forecasting: Experience in dynamic, scenario-driven rolling forecasts with a focus on precision is highly valued.
  • Effective Communication: Ability to present information in an engaging manner to various levels of leadership.
  • Team Collaboration: Demonstrate both independence and teamwork, embodying the collaborative spirit of Whole Foods Market.
  • Excel Proficiency: Mastery of Excel is essential, including managing complex data sets, pivot tables, charts, and various functions. Experience with Power Query/Power Pivot is a plus.
  • Data Management Skills: Familiarity with aggregating and manipulating data from multiple sources/systems.
  • Passion for Food and Production: Experience in food manufacturing or retail support is advantageous, aligning with our commitment to quality and sustainability.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Finance or Accounting.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in financial analysis.
