Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a single point of contact for all service requests
  • Coordinate IT support groups for optimal resource utilization
  • Pre-process service requests and schedule technical resources
  • Communicate with customers to provide updates on incident progress
  • Ensure completion of service requests in a timely manner

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated computer and operating system proficiency
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong customer relationship abilities
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
  • Basic problem-solving skills and deadline management

Expected Outcomes:

  • Enhance customer service and satisfaction
  • Team collaboration and effective communication
  • Improve productivity of IT support resources
  • Escalate service requests not meeting agreed upon timelines
  • Report resource utilization and service request completions

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of Customer Services experience
