- Researches, develops and coordinates the implementation of strategic plans, policies and standards to maximize programmatic success while managing program expense.
- Participates in planning, organizing and coordinating financial policies and practices to control revenues, disburse funds and conserve assets; monitors fiscal operations including, fiscal accounting, reporting and control; billing and payroll;
- Collaborates with leadership to identify best practices and deficiencies, develop performance improvement strategies and cost effective solutions; identifies new opportunities, tests new ideas and ensures implementation.
- Directs the implementation of Human Resources plans to achieve strategic goals and objectives including organizational development, recruiting, compensation, training and development and employee relations.
- Directs the management and development of professional contacts and community support through identifying and developing new business initiatives and opportunities.
- Represents the business unit with various internal and external partners and manages joint operating committees as needed.

Job Qualifications
- Master's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Change Management Expertise: Experience leading teams and/or initiatives during periods of organizational change, including transformational business initiatives or acquisitions.
- Project Management Expertise: Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage costs of various projects across different disciplines.
- Strong Interest in Sustainability: Prior involvement in creating or supporting sustainability strategies and initiatives within a highly matrixed organization
Clinical Leadership:
RN, NP, or PA administrative leadership experience at the site or service line level is preferred, but not required.
