LHH is recruiting for a full-time, hybrid, Senior Digital Marketing Manager for one of our clients in the Non-Profit Industry in the Minneapolis, MN area.

Location: Minneapolis, MN - Hybrid -3 days per week (Relocation NOT available for this position)

Compensation: $75K-$85K and benefits

Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, 401K plan, wellness plans, and more. Available paid leave may include Paid Sick Leave, where required by law; any other paid leave required by Federal, State, or local law; and Holiday pay upon meeting eligibility criteria.

Role Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in marketing or related field or commensurate experience and skills.
  • 4- 5+ years experience in digital marketing and communications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Mail Chimp, Meta Ads Manager, WordPress, and Google Analytics
  • Proficiency in a MAC computer setting.
  • Basic experience in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Advanced experience in e-mail marketing, strategy, tagging, list organization, segmentation, campaign management, data analysis, and reporting.
  • Experience with Meta Ads Management including strategy, backend knowledge, paid advertising, and response management.
  • Experience with WordPress including building, managing and updating web pages.
  • Ability to work strategically and tactically in a team setting.

****Huge plus if you have experience with Google Ads, SEO, and SEM.
