About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Digital Business Partner to join our Omnichannel Marketing organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving digital engagement with shoppers, delivering results for our Baby & Child Care (BCC) brands at Target via digital activation, and driving digital thought leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct Diagnostic Analysis: Proactively analyze the digital shelf (KCNA, Category, and Competitive) and provide recommendations through an omnichannel lens to enable field sales and shopper marketing to react and adjust business plans where needed.
  • Drive 'One Search' Focus: Drive 'One Search' (Organic + Paid) focus at Target, with a specific responsibility to optimize organic/owned search footprint, in collaboration with Digital Commerce Operations.
  • Analyze Key Business Metrics: Analyze key business metrics/data (e.g., Clickstream, Retailer-Specific Data, Market Data) to inform recommendations driving traffic, conversion, and customer retention.
  • Provide Insights: Provide insights around algorithmic trends and site taxonomy.
  • Collaborate with Field Sales: Collaborate with field sales in the implementation of KCNA Digital Commerce Strategies (e.g., Same Day Services, Marketplace, etc.) for Target.
  • Recommend and Drive Test & Learn: Recommend and drive test & learn within the Digital Commerce marketing space.
  • Deliver Against KCNA Milestones: Deliver against all KCNA milestones tied to Annual Operating plans, Business Plan Reviews, Customer Engagement Meetings, and Key Customer Meetings.

About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Digital Business Partner who is passionate about driving digital engagement and delivering results. You will be a key member of our team, working closely with our Digital Commerce Operations Center of Excellence, Advanced Marketing Capabilities, Brand Teams, and HQ Sales to help customer teams deliver continued Digital Commerce growth.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree: A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Marketing, Business, or Communications.
  • 3+ Years Experience: 3+ years of experience in Sales, Category Management, and/or Digital Commerce, Digital Marketing, and/or Omnichannel within relevant areas such as CPG, Retail, or Management Consulting.
  • Direct Experience: Direct experience working in a highly matrixed, global company and capability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • High Threshold for Ambiguity: A high threshold for working and thriving in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment, e.g., ability to pivot quickly, figuring it out and adapting as you go.
  • Strong Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills leveraging data to drive decision-making.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) and excellent presentation skills to leadership groups.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Omnichannel Retailers: Experience working with Omnichannel retailers such as Target and/or other larger retailers.
  • Proven Track Record: A proven track record of taking ownership and delivering results.
  • Ability to Think Strategically: Ability to think both strategically and tactically with excellent attention to detail.
  • Advanced Skills: Advanced skills in Excel, Access, SharePoint, Tableau, Nielsen, Nitro, IRI, RSI, and Numerator.
