Sales Development Representative

Position Overview:
Join our innovative team as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) where your focus will be on driving revenue growth through identifying and advancing business opportunities while collaborating closely with our top-notch marketing and sales units.
Your Responsibilities:
- Utilize various tools such as phone, email, video, and social networks to cultivate inbound interest and prepare leads for the sales team
- Understand prospects' needs and preferences to effectively qualify their interest
- Enhance credibility by mastering relevant value propositions and product information for effective communication with prospects
- Engage with different levels of stakeholders within organizations, including senior management
- Coordinate meetings between current/potential clients and sales team to facilitate smooth interactions
- Achieve or surpass monthly targets by generating quality sales meetings (MQLs)
- Maintain high standards by ensuring a strong MQL to sales accepted opportunity ratio
- Adhere to company policies, processes, and core values consistently
Keys to Success:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in BDR, SDR, or similar roles in B2B sales or lead generation
- Proficiency in various sales techniques, including inbound lead nurturing and cold calling
- Ability to build and manage a solid prospect pipeline through different stages of the buying process
- Familiarity with prospecting tools like ZoomInfo, D&B, and LinkedIn
- Experience working with CRM software
- Excellent listener with a knack for understanding customer needs
- Passion for providing customers with technology-driven solutions
- Skilled in navigating organizational structures to engage decision-makers at all levels
- Thrives in a fast-paced and competitive sales environment
- Strong communication skills with a focus on building value-based relationships
- Ensures seamless transitions to the sales team, including meeting scheduling and documenting activities on Salesforce
- Proficient in written communication and comfortable drafting personalized emails and social network messages
- Excellent phone etiquette and willingness to make regular calls
- Adaptable, optimistic, and resilient in the face of challenges
