Objective

As a Digital Productivity Consultant specializing in Microsoft SharePoint and Teams, you will be critical in enhancing organizational efficiency and collaboration by effectively leveraging these platforms.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis and extensive experience in implementing and optimizing Microsoft SharePoint and Teams solutions.

You deeply understand business processes and can translate business needs into efficient technology solutions. You have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with our clients to gather and analyze requirements to design, implement, and optimize SharePoint and Teams solutions.
Translate client business needs into technical requirements and actionable project plans.
Drive digital productivity improvements by leveraging SharePoint and Teams capabilities effectively.
Design and configure SharePoint sites, libraries, lists, and permissions structures based on business requirements.
Understanding and strong experience with data classification
Coordinating project delivery with project managers, other team members, and client resources
Providing pre-sales support to assist with developing project scopes and approaches
Providing guidance and mentoring to other team members
Develop and implement custom solutions for clients using SharePoint and Teams to streamline business processes and improve productivity.
Provide training and ongoing support to end-users on effectively using SharePoint and Teams to meet their business needs.
Create and maintain user guides and documentation for SharePoint and Teams usage.
Proactively propose and implement enhancements to optimize the performance and usability of SharePoint and Teams

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field. A combination of experience and education will be considered.
Extensive experience with Power Apps or Power Platform

Minimum of two years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst with a strong understanding of Microsoft SharePoint and Teams.

Proficient understanding and practical experience in Microsoft SharePoint and Teams administration, customization, and development.
Strong business analysis skills, including requirements gathering, process analysis, and solution design.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients.
Ability to work independently and in a team, effectively managing multiple projects and priorities.
Relevant certifications in Microsoft SharePoint and Teams (e

g, Microsoft Certified:

SharePoint Associate, Microsoft Certified:
Teams Associate) are a plus.
Ability to pass a background check.
