Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate interactive workshops on Microsoft 365 Copilot and other Microsoft offerings for varied audiences.
- Oversee change management efforts to guarantee the successful integration of M365 Copilot and additional Microsoft solutions.
- Formulate and execute tailored user adoption strategies that align with client requirements.
- Evaluate client information management systems and propose solutions leveraging Microsoft 365.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to Microsoft solution setups, training resources, and change management strategies.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in leading business analysis and requirements gathering; familiarity with project management principles and tools is advantageous.
- At least 2 years of experience with SharePoint/Teams structure and content management.
- 2+ years of experience in managing data structures and information governance.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a passion for delivering workshops and training sessions to diverse groups; this role requires effective interaction with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- 1+ year of experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Proven expertise in developing and implementing change management and user adoption strategies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot is beneficial, though training will be provided.
- 2+ years of experience utilizing Microsoft Power Platform.
- Familiarity with other Microsoft 365 tools and services.
- Prosci Change Management Certification is a plus.
- Prior consulting experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Ability to independently navigate challenges while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
