  • Drive retail marketing strategies by coordinating with Marketing and Merchandising departments
  • Provide support to Digital Marketing Manager & collaborate with merchandising and ecommerce teams
  • Offer critical feedback on assets and identify process improvements
  • Own the master marketing calendar and ensure brand consistency across all channels
  • Collaborate with various departments for executing marketing campaigns

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Cavender's Culture and drive Mission, Vision, and Values
  • Act as a key liaison between internal and external partners
  • Generate postmortem reports for campaigns and promotions
  • Request, proof & coordinate assets from internal creative team
  • Lead the Cavender's Ranch Blog and execute the strategic plan

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Marketing or Business
  • Attention to detail and proficient in Microsoft Suite
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Flexible, hands-on, and capable of working independently
  • Experience in Project Management and Retail preferred
