Key Responsibilities:
- Manage cash and cash reserve accounts for property management purposes.
- Prepare detailed property reports for property and asset management.
- Maintain fixed assets and associated debt schedules for the organization.
- Interface with third-party property management companies, overseeing their work and ensuring accuracy of accounting information.
- Oversee the entire range of single-family and multi-family housing project portfolio.
- Assist in the development and management of program and organization budgets.
- Develop, implement, and maintain accounting systems, policies, and procedures.
- Serve as a liaison with outside auditors and government agencies on contract issues.
- Perform various accounting activities as needed.
- Collaborate with other Accounting Managers on managing monthly closings and supervising accounting staff.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in property management, Non-profit, or real estate development.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Experience with property management software and financial reporting tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Pay Details: $60.00 to $75.00 per hourSearch managed by: Taylor Erlbaum
