The Daytona Tortugas, the Class-A Affiliate of the Cincinnati Reds, are seeking a passionate individual to contribute to our continued success in the Florida State League and the local community.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
  • Building and managing the stadium's promotional schedule, game scripts, and in-game elements
  • Overseeing design and production of printed materials such as gameday programs and signage
  • Assisting with sponsorship fulfillment, promotional content ideas, and ticket sales
  • Managing staff photographers, press box, and merchandise store
  • Organizing online jersey auctions and social media content
  • Creating marketing campaigns and overseeing merchandise operations
  • Coordinating event operations and game-day merchandise set-up
  • Staying updated on social media trends and industry best practices

Experience Required:
  • Demonstrated experience in customer service, organization, and effective communication
  • Previous work experience in sports marketing
  • Ability to multitask with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Knowledge of creative design software preferred
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
  • Strong collaboration and teamwork skills
