About the Role

Coca-Cola Beverages Florida is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Merchandising Specialist to join our team. As a Sales Merchandising Specialist, you will be responsible for stocking, replenishing, and merchandising products at designated accounts, while providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Management: Build and maintain product displays and equipment placements in compliance with company standards.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain appropriate product inventory levels in beverage sections and throughout accounts, ensuring no out of stock product and minimizing trade break, damage, and loss.
  • Ordering and Fulfillment: Place timely, accurate orders per ad calendar to maintain inventory levels, and adjust orders based on influencing factors.
  • Customer Service: Meet customer service expectations through daily communication, problem resolution, and follow-up.
  • Merchandising Standards: Maintain professional, team relationships with co-workers, customers, and shoppers, and ensure account meets company merchandising standards.
Requirements
  • Education: High School or GED (General Education Diploma) required.
  • Vehicle Requirements: Must provide and maintain a personal vehicle for use during employee working hours.
  • Age and Eligibility: Must be 18 years of age or older and eligible to work in the United States.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to repetitively lift, carry, and position objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance, and work in a hot/humid indoor environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Associate Degree or College Education: Associate Degree or 1-2 year college education preferred.
  • Previous Sales or Merchandising Experience: 1+ year previous sales or merchandising experience preferred.
  • Attention to Detail and Follow-up Skills: Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills required.
  • Planning and Organization Skills: Excellent planning and organization skills required.
