Job Title: Merchandise Associate

Legends Hospitality is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Merchandise Associate to join our team. As a Merchandise Associate, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for every customer
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including features, benefits, and uses of merchandise
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, using POS systems
  • Restock and maintain merchandise displays, ensuring a visually appealing and organized store environment
  • Participate in inventory management, including counting and reconciling inventory
  • Assist with special events and promotions, including setup and teardown
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
