As a Resolution Specialist, you will act as a point of contact, provide product/services information, and resolve any emerging problems that customers might face with accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities:
Assist customers by resolving issues, investigating issues, and gathering details regarding claims and complaints regarding billing, contract terms, pay-off requests, etc.
Take all appropriate steps to resolve escalated issues
Maintains ongoing communication with internal departments to obtain information and/or provide updates regarding escalation cases
Respond to customer feedback and complaints through social media and survey channels
Diligently follows up with customers via email and phone calls to provide resolution
Qualifications:
2+ year
CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

ESCALATIONS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
