Job Title: Territory Manager at Global Partners LP

The Territory Manager oversees and manages their assigned territory's general managers and the daily c-store operations, aiming to maximize store profits, maintain high customer service levels, uphold store appearance, and ensure environmental compliance.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Supervising c-store operations in the assigned sites.
  • Recruiting, training, and motivating General Managers.
  • Regularly reviewing competitive pricing surveys.
  • Ensuring accurate fuel inventory records and addressing discrepancies.
  • Implementing company promotions and maintaining brand standards.
  • Overseeing environment compliance, maintenance, and addressing any issues.
  • Ensuring timely display and advertisement of monthly promotions.
  • Conducting monthly maintenance inspections at each location.
  • Managing vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and promotions.
  • Collaborating across departments and supporting store personnel as needed.
  • Working with General Managers to ensure proper inventory and cash control.
  • Handling escalated customer complaints and reviewing profit and loss reports.
  • Participating in training seminars and vendor conventions.
  • Assisting in other territories when required.
  • Performing additional duties assigned by the Regional Manager.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of multi-unit experience required.
  • Progressive leadership experience in retail, restaurant, or service management.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Flexible schedule and ability to travel up to 95% weekly.

Education Requirement:

  • Preferably a Bachelor's degree.
