This RN Staff - Primary Care position is located in Primary Care Service at the Burlington location. This position is full-time at 40 hours per week.

Included but are not limited to:
This position is located at the Burlington Community Based Outreach Clinic and reports to Primary Care. Join a dynamic team caring for over 4,000 Veterans.

Team members include providers, RNs, LPNs, and Intermediate Care Techs as well as ancillary services such as pharmacy, mental health, nutrition and others.

Responsibilities include chronic disease management, post hospital discharge follow up, wound care, immunization administration, triage assessments for both walk-in patients and telephone encounters and other Primary Care delivery needed by Veterans.

Notifications:
This position is a Bargaining Unit position.
This position is covered by a special rate.
Current and former Federal employees must submit copies of their most recent SF-50 (Notice of Personnel Action). In some cases, more than one SF-50 may be required to show a higher grade previously held.
This position is in the Excepted Service.

Pay:
Competitive salary, regular salary increases, potential for performance awards
