Your qualifications should include:
Be a member of the OAA in good standing.

Minimum 5 years related experience

An ability to prepare construction documents

Experience coordinating architectural drawings with consultant drawings

A working knowledge of the Ontario Building Code

An ability to work independently as well as leading a team in preparing working drawings

A solid understanding of office functions and roles through all project phases from Design to Contract Administration

Excellent communication, graphic and organizational skills

3D qualifications and Revit are considered an asset but are not mandatory

An advanced technical understanding and use of AutoCAD

French / English Bilingualism is an asset

Bryden Gibson Architects offers competitive wages and health benefits.
