The Records Coordinator must be able to effectively assist our Records Department Team as needed while maintaining a professional working environment.
Light duties of accurately processing Certified Medical Records requests, following-up on phone call and/or email inquiries pertaining to record requests and any other assigned duties as directed by Supervisor.

Experience with Electronic Medical Records system preferred
2 years of Administrative or Medical Office work experience required
Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat experience preferred
Must adhere to all guidelines prior to the production to Release information to Patients, Healthcare Facilities, and any other requesting entities
Must be very detail oriented, organized, ability to multi-task, strong communication skills both verbally and written, and seeking growth opportunities
Must work well individually and as a part of a team; strong team-player mentality
Able to produce efficiently in a quiet, but fast-moving and demanding environment
Maintaining patient confidentiality as per the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA)
