We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Records Supervisor to oversee the management and processing of medical records in our healthcare facility.
Key Responsibilities:- Team Leadership: Supervise and lead a team of medical records/data entry staff, Administrative Assistants, and Medical Administrative support personnel.
- Records Management: Manage the creation, transfer, filing, and processing of electronic and paper medical records.
- Quality Control and Workflow Monitoring: Monitor work production, workflow, and quality issues related to medical records and data management.
- Data Entry and Systems Management: Maintain a working knowledge of data entry systems, ensuring fast and accurate data input.
- Education and Experience: High school diploma or GED required. At least one year of experience in the medical records field.
- Skills and Knowledge: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to problem-solve and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
