Safety and Member Training Program Manager

We are looking for a dedicated Program Manager to lead our Safety and Business Specialty Programs, collaborating closely with members and association staff across all levels.

As a Program Manager, you will collaborate with the Director of Member Training and Broker Services to develop and implement strategies that engage, connect, and educate our members effectively.

The primary focus will involve overseeing the Safety Program and acting as the Staff Executive for various national education initiatives, while also emphasizing the importance of building strong relationships within the community.

  • Content and Strategy Development: Research and propose strategies to enhance member engagement in the Safety Program.
  • Committee Leadership: Lead the Safety Advisory Committee as the Staff Executive.
  • Marketing Coordination: Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement program marketing campaigns.
  • Grant Management: Administer the Safety Grant program efficiently.
  • Committee Support: Act as Staff Executive for the Professional Development and Resort & Second Home Committees.
  • Accreditation Oversight: Manage the accreditation processes for the Graduate Institute.
  • Designation Programs: Maintain and supervise appraiser designation programs.
  • Collaboration: Engage with state and local associations, partners, and industry groups to implement effective programs.
  • Goal Setting and Metrics: Define and track program goals and success metrics.
  • Trade Show Coordination: Arrange trade show participation for programs.
  • Budget Management: Partner with the Director to oversee and monitor budgets for program expenses and revenue.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other assigned tasks as required.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of project management experience.
  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the real estate industry and association management is beneficial.
  • Safety Expertise: Knowledge of safety best practices, trends, and technologies relevant to real estate communities.
  • Professionalism: Ability to maintain professionalism and composure in interactions with committee leaders, members, and various levels of the association.
  • Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail, multitasking ability, and meeting deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Team Collaboration: Capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
  • Marketing Skills: Understanding of marketing campaigns, content, and messaging.
  • Technical Proficiency: High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel up to 30%.
