Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to cultivate strong relationships and enhance collaborations with educational institutions and community organizations to expand program offerings.
  • Demonstrated expertise in aquatics program management, particularly in swim team operations.
  • Exceptional communication skills to effectively engage with participants, parents, members, and community partners.
  • Ability to manage multiple programs concurrently with a high level of efficiency.
  • Capability to respond effectively to critical incidents and emergencies.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary: $45,000 - $48,000
