Position Summary
As an Accounts Receivable Coordinator your role will be vital to the success of BOEL Management's financial operations.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Monthly Maine Care billing
  • Rebilling Maine Care
  • Collections
  • Financial Reporting
  • Billing Support and Inquiries
  • Process Improvement Analysis
  • External communication: Communicate with external parties, including auditors, State of Maine, and other stakeholders as needed, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and to provide financial information as required.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in Accounts Receivable/Billing
  • Strong work ethic.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to change.
  • Preferred knowledge of relevant computer software programs (e.g., Outlook, Excel, Point Click Care), with the ability to learn new software and operating systems.
  • General knowledge of healthcare laws and regulation.
  • Ability to work well independently as well as effectively within a team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Works comfortably under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
  • Flexibility to adjust hours and work the hours necessary to meet operating and business needs.
