Position Overview:

We are in search of an Accounts Receivable Manager to enhance our dynamic workforce in the Pacific Northwest region.

This role entails collaborating closely with Project Managers and Project Administrators across multiple offices. The primary responsibilities include:

  • Managing monthly accounts receivable processes, including payment applications and monitoring aging accounts.
  • Contributing to collection efforts and ensuring timely follow-ups.
  • Overseeing cash receipt entries, including checks, ACH, credit cards, and cash.
  • Reviewing and reconciling relevant general ledger accounts.
  • Processing lien waiver forms and managing collections, which may involve initial outreach and secondary measures.
  • Handling bankruptcy notices and miscellaneous tasks related to vendor management systems and third-party audits.
  • Supporting contracting processes by reviewing client contracts and issuing necessary documentation.
  • Assisting Accounts Payable by entering and reviewing transactions.

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:

  • Associate degree in business or accounting, or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and Acrobat.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the capacity to engage at all organizational levels.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Capability to manage sensitive and confidential information professionally.
  • Ability to obtain Notary certification and pass background checks.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Experience in the Architecture/Engineering industry.
