Full-Time; Traditional Working Hours

$55k – starting salary, negotiable based on experience

As the Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, interacting with residents and vendors, and ensuring maintenance and grounds are well-kept.

Additional responsibilities include and are not limited to the following:

  • Manage and oversee daily operations focusing on occupancy, collections, and budgeting.
  • Work with residents to answer any inquiries and concerns they may have.
  • Inspect site grounds and vacant units daily.
  • Work with maintenance to ensure grounds are maintained and respond to immediate maintenance concerns.
  • Manage vendor relations (includes scheduling and billing).
  • Develop and manage operational budgets maximizing income, controlling expenditures, and ensuring financial goals are met.
  • Recruit, hire, train, and retain talent/staff.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience within Property Management, Business, and/or Real Estate.
  • At least 2 years of Property Management experience.
  • Knowledge of Section 8 and/or Tax Credit housing and government subsidy programs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Property Management systems.
  • Strong financial background with the ability to create and manage operational budgets.
  • *Communication is KEY for this role Must have the ability to multi-task and prioritize as well.
