About Time Team:

As a part of the Cloud Software Group's Accounting team, you will be involved in various accounting activities, supporting the overall financial and accounting functions.

Job Description/Responsibilities:

  • Record lease entries in accordance with ASC
  • Support accounting month-end processes, including preparation of journal entries, account reconciliations following the established close schedule
  • Provide monthly balance sheet variance analysis and reporting
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather transaction information, research reconciling items, and resolve issues
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect necessary information for monthly/quarterly accruals and ensure proper recording of financial transactions
  • Maintain records and supporting documentation in an organized manner
  • Liaise with internal and external audit for mid-year and year-end audit support
  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures and controls
  • Offer accounting support to the Controller and Managers on special projects and other necessary duties

Required Experience/Skills:

  • 4+ years of experience in corporate/GL functions or a combination with public accounting experience
  • Ability to prioritize workload to achieve accurate results on time
  • Work in a structured manner and effectively complete tasks with minimal supervision
  • A sense of ownership and curiosity to learn new skills
  • Strong analytical skills with a holistic understanding of how accounting processes align with broader objectives
  • Flexibility and comfort with changing requirements
  • Effective communicator with the ability to influence at all levels of an organization
  • Detail-oriented with problem-solving ability and implementation of best practices through teamwork and collaboration
  • Experience with a large ERP system, Oracle Fusion is a plus
