Responsibilities:

  • Process accounts payable invoices accurately and in a timely manner
  • Perform accounts receivable duties, including invoicing, collections, and cash application
  • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies
  • Assist with month-end close procedures, including journal entries and account reconciliations
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the general ledger
  • Prepare financial reports and analysis as needed
  • Assist with audits and provide support to auditors as required
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
  • 1+ year(s) of experience in accounting roles
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting requirements
